Depression, Bi-Polar, anxiety, worry, panic episodes and trauma occur for a variety of reasons.
In our counseling sessions, we identify contribution factors, stressors and interventions for reducing those emotional states and improving the quality of client’s lives.
Problematic behavior patterns may also occur for a variety of reasons, but may be an attempt to gain relief, cope or escape from problematic emotional states and negative narratives.
I work with people to find alternative ways of self-regulating and coping rather then engaging in problematic behavior patterns that may have negative consequences for their lives.
